Description

This five-day online retreat with Francis offers two sessions per full day, starting with one introductory session on the first day. During the following days the first session will be guided meditation and universal body awareness. There will be a 1-hour break. The second session will consist of questions and answers. No past experience of meditation or yoga is required.

Scholarships

20 scholarships at the reduced rate of $140 are available on a first come, first serve basis. They are specifically intended for those who are experiencing financial hardships. Please make sure this is your case when registering.

How to Attend

All registered attendees will receive a link to attend the live events and a link to the recordings. The recordings will be available for four weeks. You will need a computer, smartphone or tablet, your Zoom account, and an internet connection.

Refunds

You can get a full refund by emailing a request with the first and last names and email address used for the payment to nestor@francislucille.com before the beginning of the retreat. The subject of this email should be REFUND. No refund requests will be granted afterwards.

Socializing with Friends

The online meeting room will remain open during the break between the two daily sessions and for two hours after the end of the last session. Attendees will then be able to talk and see each other collectively, and to privately chat one on one with each other. There will be the possibility of small group meetings in break-out rooms.
