2. Questions about Online and In Presence Meetings

Schedule and structure of retreats

All retreats and meetings are listed on the All Events page.
Each event page specifies whether it is online or in-person, the dates, and the daily schedule.

Online retreats
Five-day retreats include an introductory session followed by two daily sessions (a meditation/body-awareness session and a dialogue).
Typical schedule:
Meditation: 8:30–9:30 PST (17:30–18:30 CEST)
Dialogue: 10:30–12:30 PST (19:30–21:30 CEST)
There is a one-hour break between sessions.

Access and participation

A free Zoom account is required.
Please use the exact name and email used in your registration when joining the meeting.
Links to join are sent by email one day and three hours before the first session.
If you don’t receive them, contact the email listed on the event page (e.g., [email protected]) including your name and payment email.
Headphones are recommended.
Late arrivals may be admitted at the discretion of the host.

Tickets and registration

Tickets may include standard, scholarship (50% discount), support, or early-bird options.
Scholarships are limited and assigned on a first-come basis.
Each ticket grants access to one participant/device only.
Tickets are nominal and cannot be resold.

Refunds and cancellations

Online retreats: Full refund if requested before the retreat starts; no refund after it begins.
In-person retreats:
Paris – more than 60 days: full refund; 30–60 days: 50%; under 30 days: none.
Temecula – the $200 deposit is non-refundable; the remainder is paid on arrival.
Payment processor fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 15 business days.

Conduct and confidentiality

All participants are expected to maintain mutual respect.
Recordings or screenshots are not allowed without authorization.
Retreats are not therapy or medical consultation; participation is voluntary and under personal responsibility.

Meetings are conducted in English with translation, depending on the retreat.
Some events (e.g. Spain, Germany) include live translation to Spanish.

Common issues

Lost Zoom link: Check your spam folder or write to the address on the event page.
Duplicate order: Write to [email protected] with both order numbers.
Payment failure: Check with your bank and retry; if the problem persists, contact [email protected].

3. Asking Francis your Questions

During each retreat or meeting, participants may ask their questions directly during the dialogue sessions.
There is no system for sending private questions to Francis by email.
To ask Francis a question, please join one of the scheduled events listed on the All Events page.

4. Purchasing in our Store

Types of products

The Store offers digital recordings (dialogues and meditations) and books by Francis Lucille.
Digital recordings are delivered by email in streaming format.
Physical books are sold through Amazon —francislucille.com does not ship directly.

Availability and pricing

Prices are listed in USD.
Payments are accepted by credit/debit card or PayPal.
Additional bank or currency conversion fees may apply.

Refunds and returns

Digital products: No refunds once the link has been delivered, unless there is a technical error.
Physical books (Amazon): Follow Amazon’s return policy.

Recordings and usage

Online retreats are recorded; participants’ interventions may appear in the videos.
Recordings are available to attendees for four weeks after the event.
All rights reserved. Sharing or publishing recordings without written authorization is not permitted.
If you wish your appearance to be removed from a public video, email [email protected] specifying the event, date, and approximate time.

5. Payments and Refunds queries

Online retreats
Refunds are available before the event starts; not after.
Write to [email protected] with the subject “REFUND” and include your order details.

In-person retreats
Each venue has its own cancellation policy.
Processing time: up to 15 business days.

Digital purchases
Non-refundable after delivery, unless there is a technical error.
Processor fees (PayPal, Stripe) are not refundable.

Duplicate payments
If you accidentally made two purchases, contact [email protected] immediately with both order numbers.

6. Technical Questions

Zoom and connection

A free and updated Zoom account is required for all online retreats.
Stable internet connection (min. 5 Mbps) and a quiet environment are recommended.
Use the same name and email as in your registration.
If your name does not match your purchase, contact [email protected] before the retreat.

Audio and participation

Keep your microphone muted unless speaking.
Join 10–15 minutes early to ensure smooth admission.

Emails and newsletters

Transactional emails (confirmation, Zoom links, access to recordings) are sent from [email protected] or [email protected].
If you do not receive them, check your spam folder or contact us.

Data privacy and cookies

The website uses SSL encryption and complies with GDPR regulations.
Personal data (name, email, IP, payment info) is used only to process purchases and communications.
To exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion), email [email protected].
Cookies are managed through the consent banner powered by Complianz/Yoast.
