This five-day online retreat with Francis offers two sessions per full day, beginning with an introductory session on the first day. On subsequent days, the first session will consist of guided meditation and universal body awareness, followed by a one-hour break. The second session will feature questions and answers. No prior experience in meditation or yoga is required.
