DESCRIPTION:
This five-day online retreat with Francis will offer two sessions per full day, starting with one introductory session on the first day. During the following days the first session will be guided meditation and universal body awareness. There will be a 2 hour break. The second session will consist of questions and answers. No past experience of meditation or yoga is required.

Registrations will close three hours before the first meeting.

$560 – Sponsor: Your contribution will support two friends with financial hardship.

HOW TO ATTEND
All registered attendees will receive a link to attend the live events. You will need a computer, smart phone or tablet and an internet connection.

HELP
We will send the link the day before the event begins and again 3 hours before. If you don’t receive the link to attend send an email message to with the subject ATTENDANCE LINK. Include the name and email address used for the payment in the message.

DOs & DON”Ts
Use the exact same name under which you registered to enter the meeting.
Listen through ear phones whenever you unmute your microphone to participate in the conversation.
Keep your microphone muted at all times unless you are in a dialogue with Francis.

REFUNDS
You can get a full refund by e-mailing a request with the first & last names and email address used for the payment to
WEEK1.RETREAT at (@) FRANCISLUCILLE.COM before the beginning of the retreat. The subject of this email should be REFUND. No refund requests will be granted afterwards.

SOCIALIZING WITH FRIENDS
The online meeting room will remain open during the break between the two daily sessions and for two hours after the end of the last session. Attendees will then be able to talk and see each other collectively, and to privately chat one on one with each other. There will be the possibility of small group meetings in break-out rooms.
