The Advaita Channel Team

This five-day online retreat with Francis offers two sessions per full day, starting with one introductory session on the first day. During the following days the first session will be guided meditation and universal body awareness. There will be a 1-hour break. The second session will consist of questions and answers. No past experience of meditation or yoga is required.
