Refund Policy
There are two refund policies. One from Francis Lucille and one from the event system provider, Eventbrite.
Refunds will be processed on behalf of Eventbrite, if:
- The event is cancelled or otherwise not fully performed.
- The event is postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days.
- The main advertised experience or component of the event is not delivered.
- The event description presented at the time of purchase differs significantly from the actual event
- Attendees cannot enter or attend the event due to capacity, access, safety, or venue issues
- under the organizer’s responsibility
Francis will provide refunds at his discretion, up to 7 days before the event, if requested if:
- There is a personal, family or personal medical emergency ( supporting documents will be requested )
What Is Not Refundable:
- Eventbrite fees, which are non-refundable per Eventbrite’s rules.
- The meeting room expenses at those retreats with this cost.
- For residential retreats, find the cancellation refund policy for accommodation and/or meals by writing to the organiser of the retreat.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the organiser of the event. The organizer will respond to refund requests within five (5) business days.
